Missy, you have wonderful splits! How old are you? Just curious, you look very young! For oversplits, put one foot up on your bed to start and see how well you do, then get back with me! Hope this helps you!

So serious! Smile sweetie! well first off, you said you will try no matter how much it hurts- thats good and bad advice. Good becuase you have the right attitude and confience, and you know what you want and are setting goals for it. It's bad because don't hurt yourself! you should only be stretching far enough to feel a stretch. Hold it for a minute, then try again at the same place you were when you started. If you just stretch as far as you can, then you have a high chance of pulling or even tearing a muscle, which both hurts a lot! Be sure to warm up too! Jumping jacks, running, jump rope, whatever! Just don't stretch cold! good luck!

if you use chairs, always cushion it or risk hurting your ankle.
