I have been asked to sew guard flags for my son's Drum Corps this yr. Im looking for into on tips and techniques on how to sew them, I am a sewer as I sewn my dtr Baton Costumes, Dresses, and Dance Costumes, but I think the flags are different. I thought they just wanted plain silks but the designs they gave me are detailed. With various colors, etc, how do I do this, any help would be great, or can I look as some pattterns, etc, or are there web sites to check out,
I believe the flages are 2 sided so how does this work

What fabrics are you using? How many pieces is the design?

the fabrics are lamie, china silk, and another one
the one design is a half a sun near the pole, and then a burst from there on black china silk, the other 3 designs are straight edgeish, I looks like stairs on an angle, another is a large triangel one one side and two separate pieces on the other side,
gezz the design are in the book, this is just off the top of my head, all desingns have min of 4 colors in each, except the sun one,
just need help on piecing it together at the flag has two sides, etc, and the I believe lamie is clearish, so how to get that on both sides, if I have confused you, let me know and I will sort trough it, sorry,. ok any help would be appreciated
