I was doing some rifle work today when I woke up. so I'm half asleep here. I also just recently started rifle work. soo, it's not that good.

One comment... keep your elbow glued to your side when you do handspins.

Well along eith the poster above me i also suggest to look at your free hands durring tosses remeber your right is glued to your side and your left near your eye (hard to explain)
