I seem to have a bit of trouble with my farapu hip movement. Can someone give me a detailed example of how to do it, please?

Be sure to:
• Keep your shoulders level (don't bob around)
• Keep your feet flat on the ground in a little V-shape

You're gonna need to bend your knees a little.

Try bending one knee more than the other. See how one hip is higher? Now bring your knees back to the same level (your butt poking backward).

Bend the other knee lower, so your hips go the other way. Now bring your knees to the same level (your hips poking forward).

Just try to make a wide circle with your hips, while keeping the rest of your body steady.

Soon you'll be a faarapu maniac!
