yes, i agree- it is mostly her natural flexibility. i do want to see a video of her tumbling though. if that's good too, then she is extremely lucky! some people have to train for many more years than she has lived to achieve less flexibility than that.

So many make the comment that it is all natural flexibility. Sure, she will have been born hyper mobile but that does not mean that she simply tries once and can do such contortions.

Grassy, (Gerd) is the best trainer of contortionists in the World and I have no doubt that he has given her considerable training to bring out her stretch ability. Make no mistake; this girl will have really worked on flexibility to do what she can do.

These positions are controlled and correct by gymnastics standard, unlike the other one on this board.

One thing that confuses me though is her lack of hypermobility in her knees.
