Woo hoo, i have finally got my 'eye' so i can post photos, so here's me doing my mount on beam at busa this year.

Looks good. What exactly is your mount though? do you hold that position for a while or is it an action shop where you pass through it?

It's a russian lever, i hold the position for about 3 seconds. I either jump through to it (no feet touching beam), or i jump to handstand and lower myself through to it (no feet touching beam).

i know this sounds like i dont know anything but what is an "eye"? Thanks.

to maledancer5 : an eye is the little symbol next to my name that means i can post my pictures, you get your eye by going to dance.net salute on the dance section and following the instructions there.

dixietess: thanks. I've had that mount since I was about the age of the gymnast in your picture. i'll try and post some more pictures tomorrow, though the only recent ones I have are of beam, floor, and handstands on pedes/blocks.
