As we want this dept. to be fully running again i thought it would be good to have a post where everyone writes down their ideas to make the dept. better then the members of the disco team can try their hardest to do want people ask for!

I will personally help, if anyone has a sugestion i will put that thought to use. If we all chip in ideas this department will be FAB in no time .

Ok i will start then hehe
I think we should have more competitions and maybe a production of our own because they get people involved. If people make an effort and make them good people will want to be involved.

We need more people letting the discoers know that VIS exists! I used to run quite a few competitions but no-one signed up and so there was no point doing them anymore. Maybe I'll run one to try and get people involved.
