hey,
I'm having basketball tryouts soon and i was wondering if anyone has any advice. I'm not very good at basketball, i mainly want to play to have fun. however I still want to make a team so i can play.

practice sprints and running, so much running that is the biggest part of the game
be able to run the court in 10 secs max. |
