Just by looking at this picture, you can see how muscly Sasha Cohen is!! I am not that surprised to see how strong she looks, but i didn't imagine that it would be this intense and exagerated!!! Maybe its the ligthing, but those are some well defined calves shes got going there...

Ice Diaries also shows how hard the girls train in order to do a 5 minute routine without collapsing on the ice halfway through.

She's my idol. She is soo strong and gorgeous. I love the pic!

She started out with gymnastics before ice skating, so I would not be surprised to see lots of strength as well as exceptional flexibility.

I have only been skating for 5 years and you can see of the muscles on my thigh as well.
I have never done gym or weights, it's all from just from stroking.
