i think its a backwarmer

its a backwarmer....its basically used when your training...while you wanrm up your back you wear it....and it keeps your back warm the whole time that your trainging...even if your just standing around....so that its not painful to back into an arch of any kind after wards

no not really...

^^ It can be! A tummy trimmer provides support and warmth, so could be used as a backwarmer. I used my coachs backwarmer untill I decided to get my own, I bought a tummy trimmer and it worked exactly the same.
