How do you get over being sore all the time? I have bruises the size of pingpong balls and my muscles are crying. 8 Replies to just a little advice please |

Lots of stretching and lots of ice and lots of extra strength tylenol! Haha. Once I get past the first 2 weeks or so, I don't really get the muscle aches or bruising. Maybe you just need to give it some time? |

 Epsom Salt Baths and Icy Hot!
IBUPROFEN... just not more than a couple weeks for that or tylenol since they are now proven to effect your liver |

A really good way to help soreness is to mix warm oil and epsom salts together and massage it into your muscles, while in the bath tub. |

If you don't dance every day, still stretch the days you don't. That way they won't tense up. Icy Hot is really good stuff, too!!! |
