Just adding input from a point of view as a new person to this part of the site. It looks very confusing and I had a couple of ideas to help get things running.

Like certain classes could have certain times to post like every Wednesday so you could track which teachers werent active any more.

And the head could make a new post saying who the head is, what classes are offered, what day classes post, the teachers and students for each class, and how to start a new class.

And maybe other people could post their suggestions here.

Just some suggestions. Not trying to impose anything.

Its hard to make people post at the same time each week. people have busy schedules and post when they can. These suggestions are pretty much already done when we have a department up and running. Right now I am working on getting the tap department back up.


By the way, I see you are a new member. Instead of making a (name of department)suggestions thread in all the departments try doing it in the main section of VIS. You will get more responses and more feed back that way.
