Just adding input from a point of view as a new person to this part of the site. It looks very confusing and I had a couple of ideas that seem to be working for the jazz department.

Like certain classes could have certain times to post like every Wednesday so you could track which teachers werent active any more. And if the teachers only wanted to post every two weeks or something different they could just PM the head about it.

And the head could make a new post saying who the head is, what classes are offered, what day classes post, the teachers and students for each class, and how to start a new class.

And maybe other people could post their suggestions here.

Just some suggestions. Not trying to impose anything.
