I have been working on them for a while and i havn't seem any improvement in them so i was wondering can anyone give me some tip , stretches or pointers........

You mean splits in second position? Don't overdo it. You'll hurt yourself and end up worse than you started. We have a great stretching board with some terrific advice on this topic.

Click the 'dancers' tab at the top of the page. Then mouse-over 'general' on the menu, then click 'stretching'

Alot of it is turnout and hip placement. Keep your legs slightly in front of your body, as if you are doing a straddle stretch. Keep your back straight and torso aligned, and POP your legs when you peak.
