okay, so i've been working on my long swing pullovers, and i need a little help on the basic form. also, any tips and all that would be great.

Hi, to help with your long hang pullovers work lots and lots of tap swings on high bar. It is the tap swing that makes the skill work. Make sure when you are in the back part of the swing you are in the hollow or dish position. Also be careful not to tap too early and tap as hard as you can towards the ceiling.

As RileyA said, the key is in the tap, tap as late as possible, and whilst going from the slight arch back to dish, look towards the toes and pull the bar into the body |
