We will need to find and or make a banner, a tiarra and sceptor for the Queen and Crown for the King, Decorations, Table settings. The Star in my first place i picked out as the center piece. Also Sashes, candles and lots of other stuff. Can someone find a place where we can have the prom? Thanks. Oh let me know if you like this theme.

Of course these are only suggestions. Would someone help me get this approved and then we can start a new thread and get on organizing the prom so we can get on with the important things. Well i am not sure of the process. Rosella said that we need to get a prom approved or something. But yes a picture invite would be great. I was thinking that we could decorate the prom setting and then start a new post with the pics and an invitation then everyone invited could post pics of their date and what there wearing. Also attatched to the thread we could have a vote on Prom King and Queen. But yes a picture invitation was what i was thinking. Something similar to this banner or something saying you are invited to "Arebesques Prom For The Stars". Or something like that. I have not really thought up a name maybe someone else could help with a better name.

since new years is over now, we should have a summer pool party.
I can host it-as long as everyone brings a snack or drink along with them. They can get expencive!

I would love to help with a spring/autumn or summer/winter prom. I am one of the event coordinators, so I'll help anyway I can.

I'm the other events coordinator - and yes, I haven't been here in a while, and no, I didn't die. I'm still here! Cadbury and I will be discussing some ideas for a ball/party - coming soon!
