Looks to me like her body stays going downwards/back and she drops her legs forward under her. I think it would take great muscular control in legs and some great core stability, so the stomach could maintain the bodies position.
But i'm no expert at all. Just me observing! i'll be interested to see what people reply.

Wow. That vid was wicked! I don't know much about the move itself, but I would say it would take some strong quads!

I wish the video didn't cut to different angles so much. I would have liked to actually watch what she was doing, but it made it so hard!!
But that movement...it looks like a TON of leg muscle control and ab muscle control.
