im a flyer and in practice sometimes the boys mess around and im frightened there gonna drop me and teh captain isnt doing anything about it!

have they ever dropped anyone by accident? if they havent done that, then i really dont think they would do that. my guys bases joke around like that too, i a) ignore them and tell them 'lets get it right this time' b) give them dirty (angry) looks and get ready to load in...

our guys are a-holes most of the time and the new girls dont like it and some refuse to work with the guys for basket tosses b/c they are scared. it angers me because they act too good to work with the guys when they really could use the work...i have complete trust with the guys under me (even tho they may joke about dropping me or other rude comments), they have never dropped me and they sometimes encourage me too. Saddly i am the only flyer willing to do college level stunts and its my last season cheering!

if none of this helps, try talking to them before or after practice about how you feel and what you think you guys could accomplish if you had more faith/trust in them
