The disco boards have LOTS of forums where you can post pics. Infact more than any other forum on ddn. We allow you to post pictures in Good Luck/Congrats/Thank You forums, in all of the Disco "style" forums (Rock&Roll, Show, Slow, Solos, Street, Pairs), and of course in the we have MULTIPLE picture forums (Members, Misc, Collages, Competitions, Stretching)...
This forum does NOT need any pictures in it. If you want to post a picture of the run order, or of the logo of the comp, that is fine. But posting a picture of yourself is not relevant to a comp. Unless you are the spokesperson for that comp.  If you want people to take a picture with you at a competition they can click on your avatar or your profile and probably see many pictures of you, or they can private message you.
Posting pictures to dance.net takes up valuable space on our servers. We ask that every member be selective and only post pictures when they are necessary. 17 Replies to Please do not post pictures of yourselves in this forum |

I'm really glad I read this 'sticky' before posting about upcoming competitions. I bet a lot of people have made the simple mistake which takes up sever space. |
