What are some good forms of crunches to do for abs, esp. the side ones (those two lines down the side, I forget what they are called?) I am looking for new ones because I am getting bored of the same old boring ones. Thanks!

Well what i do is is do 24 regular crunches then for your side abs you put both knees to the right or left with your upper torso facing up. Then yo just lift anf do sixteen right and left then lift your legs off the ground and do 24. I hope that made sense...lol. Hoefully this helps
