About N.S.P. Youth, Inc. (Non-Stop Production) N.S.P. Youth, Inc. is a Brooklyn-based, community-based organization dedicated to performing arts/talent management and supportive youth programs specifically geared for children, teens, and young adults. Youth are also involved in community service.
Since 1983, we've worked with youth in modeling, acting, dance, music, and youth leadership. We hold an open membership, involving youth starting from age 3 interested in the performing arts. (No experience needed.)
Our program includes our weekly Saturday rehearsal schedule where our members prepare for performances, including auditions for casting, film, tv, and stage projects, recitals and concerts. Membership dues is $10.00 a month.
NSP is seeking volunteer staff for our afterschool and saturday program (LOCATED IN BROOKLYN, NY) which will begin in February. We are looking for an individuals to work as an acting instructor. Those interested must be available to teach twice a week.
Instructor will be responsible for preparing and organizing our youth in stage presentationgs, including script reading, monologues, and stage technique. Appoximately 10-20 youth will be involved. Training should include teaching stage positioning, speaking, reading, and acting fundamentals, excercise, and choreograpy.
This is a volunteer position. We will also consider high school students (at least 16 years old). If interested, please contact us via email immediately. This position is on a first come-first served basis.
