Loosening the Pelvic Muscles

Does anyone nkow of any excersizes to loosen up the pelvis?

There is one thing that I do to help loosen up the hip sockets which will help and it's pretty easy, too.

All you have to do is stand with your legs about hips width apart. Then, starting with whichever leg you'd like, swing your leg up and across your body (with the knee bent) but keep both hips facing forward. Once you bring your leg as high as you can, swing it back down and in a smooth motion, turn out your leg and swing it back up, opening up the hips/pelvis. Keep repeating the motion, on both sides, until you feel loose.
