Hm, my conversation won't be quite so original XP but here you go.
A: Konnichiwa! O genki desu ka?
B: Hai, genki desu.
A: Anata no namae ga nan desu ka?
B: Watashi no namae "B" desu!
A: Anata wa doko ni sunde imasu ka?
B: Watashi wa Amerika ni sunde imasu.
A: Sayonara!
