Hey,
I would reccomend this dvd i just got from coles it is called coles healthy steps, it has a 50 minute pilates class, a 50 minute yoga class plus lots of other stuff including eating programs stretches and lot more. I did the yoga class last night and it is great. You just buy this dvd from your nearest coles super market for only about $8.00. It's great. p.s does anyone else have this dvd?
