This past weekend the NFLD & LAB. Provincial Championships were held in my hometown.
I competed in Senior Bronze Ladies 15+
it was my last competition EVER *cries*
or well, my last competition as a competitior. Im planning on becoming a skating coach.

There were 7 people in my category, and I skated first.
My competition was scheduled for 8:45 am on Sunday.
I had a HORRIBLE skate.
I fell on my axel half loop double salchow, landed a lutz loop, messed up my flying camel, popped my double toe (didnt even manage to make it a single), landed my double salchow, landed an axel, had a good layback spin, popped my double loop (managed a single but JUST barely) messed up my camel layback back sit spin, and fell on the double loop portion of my double flip double loop.
i got placements of 3rd, 5th, and 6th and ended up 6th overall. with just a LITTLE more push and confidence i could have made it, but i was thinking the whole way through "well, ive only been skating 4 months in the past 5 years, so im not going to make it anyways!"
but all in all it was a good competition. the stadium was done up beautifully, the skaters and coaches were SO nice.
and i enjoyed it. I was just so happy that I made it that far.
now i just have to get ready to try to pass my solo portion of junior silver, ALLL my skills, and that STUPID European Waltz that ive done 7 TIMES ALREADY! and STILL haven't passed!
all by march 25th! OHH! and i havent been taught any skills since i was about ..9?? and im 17 now!
this should be fun.
on the bright side, i get to look for more music!
Still looking for something to work with as my Gold Interperative! Its very difficult to pick something that i WANT to skate to!
Im so happy im back!
I love this sport!
