Shim Sham, You need to go to the doc. You might have what I have. It is called Planter Faschitis. It is whan your tendon in your foot gets so thight that it pulls your bone out and causes a bone spur from your heel on the bottom of your foot towards the arch of your foot!!!
My doctor has been talking about surgery. I actually ruptured the tendon that is causing the heel spur just one week after he gave me a cortizone shot in my FOOT!!!! I had to teach in a cast for two weeks and then a boot for 3 months!!! It was terrible. There are insoles that are supposed to help with it though. get them before you have more problems. Or wearing your tennis shoes help too. also take a towel put it over the ball of your foot and pull back on your foot every morning before you step foot on the floor. You should hold it for 30 srconds each and repeat 4 or 5 times. |
