The foot pain that makes you hurt so bad in the morning sounds just like the planter facitis that I have been dealing with. A doctor friend of mine ( bless him) had me do several stretching exercises per day stretching the foot back in the flexed position. I also wore heel cups in my shoes, they are flexable and can be worn quite comfortably in dance shoes, and when the pain was really bad I wore a night splint that held my foot in the flexed position. I was able to make the pain go away almost completely. It took about a month before I was feeling better, but the transformation was amazing. If you want more specific information let me know!
