Ok... first in the dance we do 2 poses....

Pose 1 gets 8 counts and pose 2 gets 4 counts and then on 5,and 6 you throw your hands down and throw your head to the back. Counts 7, and8 you throw back to the front. (hands in a "Barbie" position the whole time.)

Next...

point your left toe and place against knee... wrap your arms around head and put your foot down along with your hands (hands are like before in "Barbie" position at your side)

cross your arms over while swinging your hips side to side.
