the verese talk about carrying your bean bag on different parts of your body.

There is a song called "Beanbag Boogie" and "Beanbag Boogie II" on Greg Scelsa's album "Kids In Motion"

The verses tell you what body part to balance the beanbag on, and the chorus is "shake/rock/twist/jump to the beanbag boggie." Sounds similar to the song you are describing, but not the exact words for the chorus.
