this is a great guide! I haven't been involved in ballet for long, but I almost wish I had seen this earlier because I definitely had faulty information coming in, for example, not realizing the full importance of stretching (my ankles are still, and I fear will always be, quite weak and I experience pain often, which i've been told could be a result of improper stretching). also, some of your youtube links were quite inspiring and helpful to watch. thanks a lot!
