We are starting to learn our hip hop for drill team, and i know the steps i just cant get into the dance and make it look like hip hop i was just wondering if anyone knows how to explain or how i can let lose? Please help. Thanks!!

i know exactly how you feel! when i try to do hiphop i just get too caught up in looking stupid so i don't end up really getting into it.

try just listening to the song either alone or with your friends and just dancing to it. not your routine, just for fun. this should help you get the feeling of how fun hiphop can be. and i mean just don't even be worried about how you look just totally go for it. once you do, it is SO much fun, i promise you!
