Training for the team

I just made my college dance team and I am sooooo excited, but practice doesn't start until August 18. Does anyone have some good basic workout plans to get/keep me in shape before practices start. Any advice wouuld be great, so please reply! Thanks!

That's awesome! Just keep working out-- for example, jog or do some push ups once in a while. And don't let your splits get worse-- make sure you stretch and do those, too.

to keep myself in shape during the off season, i made up my own warmup sequence that i do about every other day to music just in my room. it starts out with jumping jacks, then different kinds of stretching, then some crunches and the hover. it only takes me about ten minutes and i feel like it really works me out.
