Hi! I am searching for a video where I could have a whole ballet lesson especific for rhythmic gymnastics.
As most of you know, every gimnast should do a preparation before her trainning and ballet movements in a especial sequence is a very important part. The best gymnasts such as Anya B., Irina T., Almudena C., etc., all they do ballet movements as a part of their warming up exercises.
Please, if anyone here is willing to help me to find that video, I would really apreciate all the help you could provide, because it is very important. Many starting gymnasts wont have the best results without ballet, and I know a little one who doesn't have ballet at her club
