I had an idea..i wanted to start a Stretch class, because we used to have those in my old studio, and they were really effective at expanding your flexibility, strength, etc. and I thought we could use a Stretch class here. I wanted to see if anyone was interested first, and see what the department heads had to say. I'd love to teach it, because I'd use the same class as I took myself, but I wanted to see what everyone's opinion was.
