How do I square my oversplits?

I am very crooked with my left leg split. I was wondering if there were any exercises that could help me become square?

Getting square in any splits simply requires hard work!

The best exercise is to get into the splits and then (assuming right foot forward) reach around to the front with the left hand and place the hand to the floor outside the right knee; keeping that hand on the floor, reach around behind you with the right hand and place that on the floor outside the left knee.

Hold this position for a slow 5 count then change to left foot forward and repeat the stretch.

Do this, alternating the leg forward, until you have done the stretch 5 times with each foot forward.

You will be square in reasonable time.
