I loved I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You. So cute. I saw somewhere it's becoming a series, so I'm super excited about that.

Not sure what I'll read next. I'm thinking either Atonement by Ian McEwan or Bollywood Nights by Shooba De.

I'm more than halfway done with Twilight. Bella's still bugging me, but I'm gonna keep going.

Next will hopefully be Love in the Time of Cholera.

I'm reading The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova. I'm about halfway through and I'm hooked! It's like Dracula meets The Da Vinci Code.

^I loved The Historian. It's now one of my favorite books.

I gave up on Twilight for the moment. I'm working on Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy by Ally Carter, the sequel to I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have To Kill You.

I just got Tale of a German by Sebastian Haffner. I haven`t read more than the first two pages so far, but I really like it. :)

Ahw, books.. I could buy millions of them! Sadly, I don`t have that much money.

^ I know... I want to live in a library. Or better yet, a bookstore. Then at least I could have food. :P If I was the last person on earth, I'd go live in Border's.

Right now I'm reading Roverandom by J.R.R. Tolkien. My dad read it to me when I was little, and the other day I saw it in the college library, so I decided to reread it. It's so cute. I have a huuge list of books to read once I'm done with that one, though.

I really want to get Valley of Secrets by Charmian Hussey, but it's always checked out. :( Or People of Sparks by Jeanne DuPrau.

I just started Atonement by Ian McEwan and I'm really enjoying it. Now that I have no job, I can really dig in and devote a lot more time to reading.

Still working on Twilight, but I'm now less than 200 pages from the end. I think I'll skip the other books and hold out for the one that's told from Edward's perspective. He's far more interesting than Bella could ever hope to be.

^^ I've been saying for years that I want to live inside a Barnes & Noble. They have comfy chairs, a coffee bar, nice relaxing atmosphere, tons of books... What more could I possibly need out of life? I could never work in a bookstore because I'd never have a paycheck to take home. Unless I lived in the bookstore and worked for my rent!

I am reading The Canturbury Tales for English. Most of my reading has been in english lately, since its Brit. Lit. and I don't read very fast.

We just read Beowulf in that class, and that story is really good, but so hard to read. I'm so mad at the movie though because it's nothing like the book. Beowulf was apparently the first piece of english literature ever written and Hollywood completely ruined it.

Some of these books seem really interesting. I want to read Twilight and Wicked soon and I also want to read Perfume (they made a movie last year with the guy who plays Snape in Harry Potter). Any reviews are helpful.

Skybreaker by Kenneth Oppel.

OH MY GOSH, I love this book. It is so incredibly good. Even better than the first book, Airborn. I really hope he writes another one!

dancingqt-
I started Wicked and stopped about halfway through. It's a really slow start. When she gets to school it's fairly interesting. Then there's like a million sex scenes between Elphaba and Fiyero. I got sick of it. I know how it ends, so I'm not in any hurry to finish it. If you have to throw in so much sex, it's covering up bad writing in my opinion.

As for Twilight, I've stated my opinion and it hasn't changed.

I've read Beowulf in several different translations and I've never liked it. Beowulf is a jerk. I really wanted Grendel to eat him and just be done with it.
