I have plantar fasciitis too and I feel for you because It is messing up my world....Was surgery worth it? I'm scared to death that my feet won't be the same if I ever do it. I did get orthotics for my shoes and they do help out but you can't wear them when teaching so you can imagine what I go through.....Please let me know how you are doing now....
