I just had the surgery in july. In some was I am better and some ways worse. But I am struggeling with my weight right not because of all of my injuries that it just makes it harder to heal when you teach 30 hrs a week. I took a week off and that was all I could do. I started to get ankle pain on the other leg and I found out that I must have broken it and DIDNT EVEN KNOW IT , until all the compinsating I was doing. I HAVE to get this weight off so I can dance without all of this PAIN !!!!
