this is pathetic, really! vis is dead! i tried contacting the heads a dozen times, but no one responds! i'd really like to get vis back up and running. i'll keep pming, but if i still get no replies, i'm taking over! i've been asked numerous times about getting this place together, and perfectattitude and i are here to take action. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pm me if you'd like to help. if you're oranges, luthien, cadburry_eater, armwarmer ect., get in touch with me so i can figure out what's going on!

i am keeping in touch with cadbury_water and she is helping me get more involved. She said that she will help us get this place up and running and also that she will talk to some of the managers of this place. She also said that we will hold elections later this year and that we shouldnt just start to take over and some of the people on VIS still want to be managers etc.

hehe lol. i tried to get in touch with cadburry_eater, but i don't know if she got all the pm's i sent her. anyways, it's always good to have more people. i think we need an open day. i know i know, luthien is the head of activities, but i talked to her and she said she doesn't have much time but it's ok by her to have one. also, we should post threads in all the forums of regular ddn about vis and how to become a member and what it is.

the only thing is, how do you officially become a member? should we start a thread?

I think we should wait untill we have elections to start organising VIS. I think we should try to have elections as soon as possible ( i have asked cadbury_eater to help us with this so hopefully she will reply soon).

I think Normally its just a normal DDN poll or you PM the organiser of the election with your vote. I think.

Well, I am always trying to keep the place active. I run events and organize rosters. I have a competition in Le Barre if anyone is interested. It's just that sometimes noone paticipates.

The reason that I've been slow on responses and stuff is because I've been travelling alot the past weeks. But other than that I've come on here consistently for nearly 5 years, so please don't judge my participation here just on the last few weeks. I'm trying to get everything organized and it's hard for me too, because some heads don't respond etc.

So elections are going to be run soon and more events will be run soon (like VIS open days to get more members, and any dead threads will be replaced with new ones) I know it doesn't seem like I've been doing much, but I have been busy contacting Luth and working things out.

I'm the Co-President of VIS, and I was never contacted. If Oranges doesn't respond to your concerns or questions, I'll be more than happy to.

Although, I'm very sorry about not being active. School just started and I've been staying after school for two hours, everyday for band practice. It's so hard for me to find time in my life right now.

Anyways, it's a lot of work to make VIS a busy place again, so if everyone would just work together, we can do this.
