I don't know yet! lol. I hope I'll start soon, but that's not likely. If I get Clara, I might, but that too, isn't likely. :(

:( I wish my studio had enough guys to do partnering. There's exactly one boy at the studio on a regular basis! And I don't think he likes me, even though I've never spoken to him really. Is it really awkward to partner with someone? I myself am really REALLY ticklish. :P So I don't think it could go over very well.

I haven't started doing PDD. So I can just rate the PDD when I watching dance.

And I have to say that it depends. Sometimes I think it's a bit boring. But when they do it well and there is feeling and passion between them it can be the most beautiful thing in the world.

I love Pas De Deux. I started Pas De Deux when I was 10. My brother was in the class and I looked in and saw them throwing and spinning the girls in the air and it just looked like so much fun. Then it got even more fun when I got to go on pointe a couple years later :)

i've only done one PDD as of now, but i loved it! it was fun to really be able to show off each other's strengths. i also found it less stressful than solos.

I love PDD because it is sharing passion and expression between a male and a female dancer. It is great joy and satisfaction to get to a common harmony not only of your bodies but of your spirit.

Major PDD fan here. I think a well excited PDD is one of the most amazing things you can do in ballet, and dance in general:)

Never done PDD before (Mostly due to a lack of guys. Or if there were guys, they were beginners and weren't up to the level yet)

But I would absolutely love to do it one day :)

Love pas de deux! Would love to partner. Being a guy, I would love to find a great lady partner. Pas de deux is why I started ballet. This is always my goal.

It depends, sometimes it's a beautiful experience. When I dance with my good friend and favourite partner Igor it's like our bodies become one entity.
When I dance with the dude I danced with last year...who kept dropping me it was painful and I did not like the experience one bit and hated pas de deux a lot since then. :)

I had never done actual partnering until this past summer where we had a Pas De Deux class. It was the best class ever and thoroughly enjoyed it! It is really fun but you really need to trust your partner. You also can't rely on them to do everything; you need to do things yourself too. I learned that for sure. Like for supported pirouettes you have to actually do it on your own and not rely on your partner to turn you and hold you up! - Just my thoughts :)

I also think, for non dancers, that the Pas De Deux in shows can be sort of boring. I know my non dancer family and friends have thought that at least. But for dancers I think that is a favorite part of a show!
