Always try your best and have fun.
Face the bar in first position
1. Right foot goes to the three quarter point in one count full point in one count three quarter point in one count and back down to first position in point count repeat with left leg and do the exercise twice use the right leg and battement tendue in one count four times releve in four counts repeat on left side do the exercise twice
Piles (one hand on the bar)
2. Grand Pile in four counts in first position 2 counts down and 2 counts stretch and releve in four counts repeat in second, fourth, and fifth. Repeat on the other side
Battement Tendues from Fifth Position use preparatory port de bra with tempslie
3. Four battement endues front in one count and tempslie in four counts. Tempslie is battment tendue front in one count, place fourth pile one count, and transfer your weight to the front leg and battment tendue the back leg one count and close fifth is done in one count. Repeat starting with the back leg. Four battment double tendues to the sides done in four counts on the first count tendue side second count place second third count spring up to tendue and close back. On the first count tendue side second count place second third count spring up to tendue and close front. Turn around and repeat on the other side
Round De Jambe a Terre
4. Eight round de jambe en dehor and one grand round de jambe in the air on demi point in eight counts. Use first Port De Bra with grand round de jambe. Repeat en dedans. Turn around and repeat on the other side. If you are not ready you may do the grand round de jambe on the flat.
Relves
In first postion pile in two counts one count down one count stretch and relve in two counts pile relve and come down into a pile in four counts. Relve and down in two counts repeat four times. Repeat in Second and Fifth and tendue side so the other foot is in front.
You may want to take two minutes to stretch out your right and left calves
Center
Battement Soutenus in Fifth Position
5. On the preparation relve come down flat on the first count bring your foot to a retire position in front at the ankle and second count pile and battement tendue front at the same time stretch into fifth position in one count and releve and lower in one count. Repeat to the side, back, side. Do the exercise twice and repeat on the other side. Use the preparatory port de bra each time.
Develope
6. Develop front, side, back, side in eight counts each. Repeat on left side
Jumps
7. 16 pettit changements de pieds
It is jumping from fifth front to fifth in back with out leaving the floor.
8. Stretch the right and left calves
