okay simple question:
how do you do an Ariel???
I can do a cartwheel, but is that enough???

I don't know if it matters or not but I can do a one handed cartwheel to.

basically you are going to do a cartwheel without hands (but im sure that you knew that! haha) usually its easier to learn to do it, while running into it. while youre running, put your arms up in the air. then if youre a righty put youre right foot in the front, push off with a little jump and whip your arms and snap them into your armpit in way, towards the left. and if youre a lefty do the opposite directions. good luck! try it with somebody spotting you and with a mat though! haha! and it will probably take time, because you are so used to doing a cartwheel. it might not even be if youre afraid or not, just the fact that its what youre used to. i wasnt ever afraid to try it, i just had to break the habit.
