I have a student who pushes, shoves, and hits! I've told her to stop, her mom has told her to stop, but it's an ongoing problem. I just don't want any of the other students to get hurt and I've never had this problem before. Help!

Have you tried taking that student by the hand during class? If you are holding her hand she isn't going after the other students. You are also there to give immediate consquences if she does any of those things to you. Or if you have an assistant they can take control of this one.

Other suggestions that have been repeated elsewhere are to use positive reinforcement and ignore the negative behaviour. Immediately address negative behaviours by stating "We do not do that in Creative Movement class"
Offer an alternative. "When you feel like hitting I want you to Jump instead."
Use other rewards, stickers or stamps.
