Scary movies, Cadbury?
Humm...
I brought "Vacancy." Not a Halloween movie per se, but it's the scariest movie I've ever seen!
And if someone brought the movie "It," I'm outta here. I am deathly scared clowns. haha. |

Heyylo all,
I brought some pumpkin seeds:
www.people.vcu.edu . . .
www.101cookbooks.com . . .
I'm being this in real life for Halloween.
Vacancy Synopsis:
A married couple on the verge of divorce after the loss of a child, is traveling off the interstate when car trouble lands them at an out-of-the-way motel, where manager, Mason, played by Frank Whaley hooks them up with the honeymoon suite at no extra cost, but they get anything but a restful night's sleep here.
Vacancy is a decent suspense genre formula film that could have used better-developed villains and more innovation.
"Vacancy" is a disturbing terror/suspense film, with three 'name' actors (Luke Wilson, Kate Beckinsale, Frank Whaley) delivering well the short story wrapped around cheap disgusting 'snuff' film' clips, all wrapped in a commercialistic Hitchcockian wrapper. 'Extended snuff films' hyped on the DVD make you wonder why these 'stars' didn't pull out like Sarah Jessica Parker. The movie is well made, but violence sensationalism is given too much play here, in Blair Witch video fashion... pushing the envelope further than necessary
I honestly thought it wasn't a good movie, but to each its own.

I know some people didn't like the movie...but when I first watched it, I was in Florida .... in a hotel room myself...with my ex boyfriend. So the whole idea of being in a hotel room while watching that movie is what made it so creepy. I honestly did jump a lot.
But whatever. Movies are made for some to like and some to not like! |
