Hello I had never seen the dance therapy forum here before but I am so glad that I found it. I was wondering if one of you could please help me. I am doing my senior project on the Benefits of ballet. So i wanted to inlcude dance therapy as a benefit. I was just asking myself if there is a certain kind of dance therapy that just has ballet in it. If there isnt then I could not add it to my research paper becuase it does not have to do just with ballet. I thank you for you help in advance.
