hey!

i cant seem to land standing after doing a toe touch!
after jumping up, i always land in a squat.

does anyone know why, and how i can change so i can land standing?

I thought you were supposed to land in a squat, that how the team I was on did it.

meggs i think she means "aquat" as in litterally her butt down to her feet almost to the ground squat.

its all about balance.

raise up;
jump to position,
land together.
and smile.
