this is an amazing oversplit, the girl is so young. I cant imagine what her coaches have her doing for training. What do you guys think?

The Russians girls are great gymnasts. It's not hard to find a girl to be as flexible as Kabaeva and Barsoukova. |

haha i didn't even notice the gym, i was too busy staring at her splits, shes really good, though she could have been doing them on the wing of a moving plane and i probably wouldn't have noticed

Oh my gosh, Russians are SO disaplined that I think that they just work harder and therefore get better. I think that anyone can do this move as long as they try hard!

When you're younger you are more flexible. It would be easier for a young girl to achieve this than say a teenager, it would take a lot of training and discipline all the same! |

wow that's great! yeah i had my oversplits in about a week when i was young, most kids are like that, so i'm sure she's not being pushed too hard (hopefully not at least!) |

no one is EVER too young for this, I know i could do that at a youg age! She looks young yes, but if you work all of your life, yes you can get it, even at a young age. |

she may not be as young as you think. When I was a RG I looked just like this but I was 12. Since you cant see her face it is hard to tell if she is really that young or just small. I think the training will be hard on her body but if she wants to be a great RG it is what she needs |

The Russians start at a very young age but not like china or japan. Most girls should start out and if you have been watching the sport most of the world champions are 15 and 16 yrs old. Its a great split and no she is not to young at all |
