Does anybody remember the Navarro Jr. College "Senoritas"? en>fr fr>en

This was a pretty large and noisy drill team from Corsicana, TX in the 50's and 60's. Almost all their movements required body weight transfer; and their 300 or so taps made an enormous clatter on the bricks. My brother says they wore black shorts; but I think I remember petticoats. We agree on the Mexican "dingle-ball" hats and a black and red color scheme. They seem to have disappeared with the Navarro Hotel, sometime in the 80's. (Reagan must have done it, when he turned out the lights on Broadway, LOL).
A girl cousin of mine was a member, around '66; but she's in CA now, and we never see her.

Any memories?
