I really like my dorm room. It is a lot bigger and nicer than I thought it would be. I am putting up pictures from the kitchen, my bedroom, and the view from my window. I will be moving out of this room in less than a week. I am going to miss living here. When I move back home and clean my room then I will post pictures of that room. It is a nice room and it is even a themed room. A little while ago I redecorated it to look asian. For now here is just my room in Japan.
Bedroom door. I think it looks pretty cool.
Kitchen counter. Ignore all the wine bottles.
Kitchen table.
Fridge and toaster oven.
Here is the cabinet where the dishes are kept. They are pretty cool dishes.
My bed and computer.
Just some storage space.
My book shelf. This is holding my Mokona purse, books, dvds, and j-rock cds.
My desk.
View from my window. In this picture you can see the love hotel and some mountains.
Here is another view from my window. It is kind of dark but you can see the mountains and the conveniance store Lawsons where I do a lot of shopping at.
So there is my lovely room from right after I cleaned it. It doesn't look like that right now. The room is kind of messy and I have already begun to pack. Hope you all enjoyed this tour of my room. 7 Replies to My dorm room in Japan |

Thanks for the comments. My room is a little boring since I don't have any decorations up. It is just kind of hard to decorate since I have very limited space. I didn't bring anything with me from America. I still think it is a nice room. I will be sad to move out in a few days. |

No not my Mokona purse!
I actually bought it at an anime convention in America. I haven't actually seen anything like it in Japan. I don't see that much anime stuff here.
I love my purse that is below the Mokona purse. I bought it at a gothic lolita shop in Osaka. |

Wow, thats a really big place. I've been looking at places trying to get an idea of what to expect when I go for JET (If they accept me) and none of those apartments even have bedrooms. Is it just you living there, or do you have roommates? |

I had one roomate. We each had our own bedroom. I don't know anything about the JET program. I know that the dorm I lived in was not like other dorms or apartments. I saw one dorm room at a local college that was so incredibly tiny.
Good luck with the JET program. I am hoping to do that in about two years as soon as I graduate. |
