hey guys!! now you guys are deffinatly going to be working the hardest out of everyone. the reason for this is that you are in pre-company in order to be training for company so on top of all your rehersals i will also need you guys to attend special classes that i will warn you about in advance so that we can get your technique up to company level. for many of you company is just a leap away.
as far as your routines are concerned you will be doing two jazz routines and one lyrical. i havent decided on any of your songs yet but as soon as i do your choreography will be posted. in addition you are doing a jazz routine to 'river deep' by celine dion with company and a ballet routine. after all the choreography is finished i may choose to let pre-company and company memebers have solos duets or trios. 14 Replies to pre-company/adv. team meeting. |

i was wondering...are we going to be doing all styles of dance, or just focus on one? Are we going to have like a pom/cheer thing? (i don't know cauze at my school, the dance team is the advanced cheer and pom people) Can't wait to get started!! ~Beverly |

ok i found most of your songs today!
one of the jazz routines is 'rhythm of the night' from the moulin rouge sound track and your lyrical is 'drops of juipter' by train
then your lyrical with company is 'hero' from the spiderman soundtrack and your two jazz routines with them are 'river deep' by celine dion and 'trust a try' by janet jackson. |

Awesome! I love Hero, and I love the Spiderman sound track! lol I am actually doing my solo for the end of the year recital to the new Spiderman song by Aerosmith!
Also, my Cousin is doing a Jaz quartet to rhythm of the nite, I love that song! So all in all, GOOD CHOICES!LOL!
